Welcome to the City of Cumming Municipal Court

The City of Cumming Municipal Court is held on the second Wednesday of each month in the Municipal Court located at 301 Veterans Memorial Boulevard beginning at 6:00 pm.

A City Solicitor will be available to discuss your case with you on your court date prior to your appearance before the judge.

You may call the Court office at 770-781-2002 to find out the bond amount for your citation.  Please allow 72 hours from the time you receive the citation for processing.  The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. 

We accept cash, credit cards, (Master Card and Visa only), and money orders for payment.

Please park in public parking areas only.  Do not park in the Police parking spaces or on the grass.  Your vehicle will be towed.

Court Appearance is Mandatory for the Following Offenses

All other tickets may be paid in advance, but must be paid in person by 4:00 pm the day of your assigned court date or on-line by midnight the day before the assigned court date. To pay your ticket on-line, click here.

If your ticket allows advance payment and you wish to pay it in person, the location to pay it is 301 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Cumming, GA, 30040. The office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Below is an arial view of the building. The arrows are coming into the parking lot from Memorial Blvd. Follow the arrows to the front entrance of the building. Inside the front door is a reception area and the receptionist will assist you.
